ABOUT THIS REPORT

This report was published in August 2026. Unless otherwise noted, the data and information presented throughout this report covers the period from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025 (referred to as "2025" throughout the report).

This report highlights Hillman's approach to responsibility and the progress made across the organization during 2025. It provides an overview of our Responsibility Program, key achievements and recognitions, corporate governance, and other important focus areas, including health and safety, our team, and additional initiatives. Through these updates, Hillman aims to recognize the progress achieved in 2025 while highlighting the programs and initiatives that will continue to shape our future.

As noted throughout this report, data gaps may exist within certain areas of our business. Where complete data was unavailable, calculations were based on the best available information and reasonable assumptions. In some cases, data exclusions were necessary due to these limitations and are identified where applicable.

Hillman's procurement-based operating model also influences certain emissions calculations, particularly those related to Purchased Goods and Services. For additional information, please refer to the Considerations & Exclusions section within the Environmental Data & Reporting page of this report.

Hillman implemented new sustainability software to enhance the consistency, repeatability, and overall management of environmental data. As a result, certain calculation methodologies were updated, including a transition away from a full Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) approach and the use of revised publicly available emissions factors.

These enhancements improve the accuracy and consistency of our reporting but may limit direct comparability with data reported in previous years.

This inaugural report expands upon the Hillman 2025 Responsibility Fact Sheet by providing additional context and insight into the progress, initiatives, and commitments that reflect Hillman's responsibility values and broader sustainability efforts. It highlights the work of our Responsibility Program while discussing the topics most relevant to Hillman, our stakeholders, and the long-term success of our business. Throughout the report, we recognize the key partnerships, initiatives, and accomplishments that demonstrate our commitment to operating responsibly and creating lasting value.

This report was prepared with reference to the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Standards, the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol, the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and other applicable sustainability reporting frameworks and guidance.
